Chocolate Martini

  • 28ml vodka
  • 113ml Baileys Irish cream
  • 340g Heavy Cream
  • 141g Milk Chocolate
  • Grated chocolate

For the ganache heat the heavy cream over a medium heat until boiled. Pour the cream over the chopped chocolate, stir and leave to cool. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway through with ice. Add 1 cup of chocolate ganache, 0.5oz of vodka and 2oz of Baileys. Shake it vigorously for 30 seconds. Pour into your martini glasses and serve cold. Chocolate Malt

  • 85ml RumChata
  • 56ml whipped vodka
  • 59ml Chocolate Liquor
  • 2 Scoops Vanilla Ice cream
  • 59ml Milk or Cream

Pour all your ingredients into a blender excluding the milk or cream. Blend the mix until smooth and pour into a rocks glass. Finally top up with your milk or cream and enjoy this delicious drink. Chocolate Shots

  • 56ml Chocolate Milk
  • 28ml Chocolate Liqueur
  • 28ml Vodka
  • Ice
  • Whipped Cream
  • Grated Chocolate

Pour chocolate milk, chocolate liqueur, and vodka over ice in a cocktail shaker. Strain into 4 shot glasses and garnish with chocolate shavings and whipped cream.
